Noema-CMI Oy is consultancy company with specialities in the areas of enterprise development, telematics, on-line learning, flexible working, virtual organisation and community building as well as development of collaborative initiatives for telematic centres focusing on collaborative work and learning for remote areas. We are also specialised in development and implementation tailor made training programmes for SMEs, project managers in the areas of management, enterprise development, application of new technology, virtual communities and portals.
Noema-CMI arranges annually international competency development workshops with face-to-face and remote participation facilities in the areas of telematics for flexible work and lifelong learning.
We have long experience in working with international HRM projects and on initiating and co-ordinating the creation of different international projects within the areas of telecommunication development, application of IT and on-line learning/teaching, SME and enterprise development, virtual organisation and community building, as well as on e-commerce and flexible work.
Noema-CMI is a strong Finnish partner with extensive experiences from participation in many vocational development projects, education and training projects, as well as international and European structural change projects. Our speciality is in effective grassroot/regional and practical development and implementation of vocational training, enterprise development, on-line learning, flexible working, and virtual organisation/community building. We are involved in a range of Finnish and Scandinavian educational networks that will among other provide a valuable base for analysis, testing, and comparative studies as well as for dissemination and valorisation purposes.
In the project InCert the company Noema-CMI will take part in testing, evaluation , dissemination and valorisation of the project results.
